MOVE-IN/MOVE-OUT CLEANING

Deep Cleaning of Surfaces:

• Wipe and disinfect all surfaces including countertops, cabinets, and shelves.
• Clean walls, baseboards, and moldings.

Floor Cleaning:

• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors to remove dust and debris.
• Clean carpets and rugs, including deep cleaning if needed.

Window and Glass Cleaning:

• Clean window, mirrors, and other glass surfaces,
• Exterior window cleaning can be included upon request; **additional charges will apply**

Bathroom Cleaning:

• Thoroughly clean and disinfect the toilet, sink, shower, and bathtub.
• Clean mirrors, tiles, and other bathroom fixtures.

Kitchen Cleaning:

• Clean and disinfect countertops, sinks, and appliances.
• Wipe down cabinets (inside), drawers (inside), and any other surfaces.
• Clean around the fridge, oven, and microwave.
• Clean inside fride and oven (**upon request; additional charges will apply**).

Ventilation and Duct Cleaning:

• Clean vents and air ducts to remove dust and construction debris.

Appliance and Fixture Cleaning:

• Clean all appliances, light fixtures, and ceiling fans.
• Clean door handles, switches, and other high-touch areas.

Debris Removal:

• Remove any leftover debris or construction materials.
• Take out trash and dispose of any leftover items.

Final Inspection:

• Conduct a final walk-through to ensure all areas are clean and ready for occupancy.
• Address any missed spots or additional cleaning needs.
